Installation and Debugging

Installation:

1. Place the machine on the table or ground with stable level, adjust the four cups of the machine to the level, and twist the cups to the end to ensure the machine is more stable and avoid abnormal sound or shaking when the machine is stirred at high speed.
2. Check the service voltage specification (AC220V) of the machine should be consistent with the voltage specification of the mains. Switch on the single-phase 220V power supply.
3. Confirm whether any screws are loose and there should be no foreign matter in the machine plate to avoid collision.

Debugging:

1. Make sure the machine is placed smoothly.
2. Place the tin to be stirred completely into the fixture of the machine,and stir two solder paste cans of 500G simultaneously.
3. Turn the solder paste tank around by hand to make sure there is no collision. Close the upper cover of the machine and turn on the power switch.
4. Adjust the panel time button to a better mixing time, about 3-5 minutes, depending on the brand of solder paste and the situation.
5. After press the start switch, the operation indicator light is on.The machine starts to stir automatically at high speed until it stops automatically. Open the cover and the machine will cut off the power supply automatically.
6. After the work is completed, the operation stops, and the  display screen shows  the actual stirring time.
7. If you want to stop the machine during operation, press the power on key to stop and cancel the operation.

Operating Steps and Notes

Operating Steps:

1. After debugging, open the upper cover of the machine and confirm that there is no foreign body in the machine.
2. Turn the Angle of the machine’s solder paste fixture and place the tin to be stirred into the fixture.
3. Turn the solder paste can around by hand to make sure there is no collision, cover the top of the machine and turn on the power switch.
4. Adjust the time button on the panel to a better mixing time, depending on the solder paste brand.
5. After press the start switch, the operation indicator light is on.The machine starts to stir automatically at high speed until it stops automatically.
6. After the operation is completed, the operation stops, and the display screen shows the actual stirring time.Make sure the top cover is opened after the machine stops running, and take off the solder paste jar on the fixture. At this time, the solder paste softened and stirred evenly can be used.
7. If you want to stop the machine during operation, press the power switch to stop and cancel the operation.
8. Open the upper cover during operation, and the machine will stop running automatically. Press the start switch again if you want to continue mixing operation after the upper cover is closed.
9. When the production quantity is finished, turn off the power switch.

Notes:

1. If you want to open the top cover of the machine after the  production operation, you must wait until the machine stops completely before opening it.
2. The weight difference between the solder paste cans or weights on the left and right fixtures should not exceed 100 grams.Otherwise,it will make the machine shake when stirring at high speed, please try to avoid it.

Regular Inspection and Maintenance Considerations

1. keep the machine clean.
2. Check that all screws are not loose.
3. Check the sensitivity of machine switch and top cover before operation.
4. The bearing of the machine is fully enclosed and does not need to be lubricated.
